(3) Mit R-CHOP (Rituximab, Cyclophosphamid, Doxorubicin, Vincristin und Prednison) bei zuvor unbehandeltem diffusem großzelligem B-Zell-Lymphom (DLBCL), das sowohl MYC als auch BCL2 exprimiert. Die Fachinformation kennzeichnet die PTCL- und DLBCL-Indikationen als bedingt zugelassen.(1) Relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) after at least one previous course of systemic chemotherapy. (2) With an aromatase inhibitor for postmenopausal patients with HR-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer that has relapsed or progressed after endocrine therapy. (3) With R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone) for previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) expressing both MYC and BCL2. The label identifies the PTCL and DLBCL indications as conditionally approved.
