- (1) Limfoma sel T perifer (PTCL) rekuren atau refraktori setelah setidaknya satu rangkaian kemoterapi sistemik sebelumnya. (2) Bersama inhibitor aromatase untuk pasien pascamenopaus dengan kanker payudara lanjut lokal atau metastatik positif HR, negatif HER2 yang rekuren atau mengalami progresi setelah terapi endokrin. (3) With R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone) for previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) expressing both MYC and BCL2. The label identifies the PTCL and DLBCL indications as conditionally approved.
