First-line treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation. 4. Treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with a confirmed EGFR T790M mutation whose disease progressed during or after treatment with an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). In combination with pemetrexed and platinum chemotherapy: First-line treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation.
