Selected EU indications: For EGFR-expressing, RAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer, with irinotecan-based therapy, or with FOLFOX as initial treatment. Monotherapy is an option after failure of oxaliplatin and irinotecan when further irinotecan is unsuitable. For locally advanced squamous head and neck cancer it is combined with radiotherapy; recurrent or metastatic disease uses a platinum-based combination.
