- Selected US indications include adults with unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer: first line with pertuzumab, or alone after a prior anti-HER2 regimen in the metastatic setting or recurrence during or within six months of perioperative treatment. For HR-positive, HER2-low or HER2-ultralow metastatic breast cancer, monotherapy requires progression on at least one endocrine treatment in the metastatic setting.
