- Selected US indications cover adults with HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer: with an aromatase inhibitor for initial endocrine-based therapy, or with fulvestrant after progression following endocrine therapy. For endocrine-resistant, PIK3CA-mutated HR-positive/HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic disease recurring on or after adjuvant endocrine therapy, a separate regimen combines palbociclib, inavolisib and fulvestrant. The June 2026 label also specifies an HR-positive/HER2-positive maintenance combination after induction treatment; consult the full label for that regimen.
