- (1) Monothérapie de l’adénocarcinome gastrique avancé ou de la jonction gastro-œsophagienne ayant progressé ou récidivé après au moins deux schémas de chimiothérapie systémique ; les patients doivent être en bon état général au moment du traitement. (2) Monothérapie du carcinome hépatocellulaire avancé après échec ou intolérance à au moins une ligne antérieure de traitement systémique. (3) Avec camrelizumab en première ligne du carcinome hépatocellulaire non résécable ou métastatique. (4) Avec fluzoparib chez les adultes ayant un cancer du sein métastatique HER2 négatif avec mutation germinale BRCA ayant reçu une chimiothérapie en contexte néoadjuvant, adjuvant ou métastatique. Les patients HR positifs doivent avoir reçu auparavant une hormonothérapie ou être considérés comme non éligibles à celle-ci.(1) Monotherapy for advanced gastric adenocarcinoma or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma that has progressed or recurred after at least two systemic chemotherapy regimens; patients should be in good general condition at treatment. (2) Monotherapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma after failure of or intolerance to at least one previous line of systemic treatment. (3) With camrelizumab as first-line treatment of unresectable or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma. (4) With fluzoparib for adults with germline BRCA-mutated, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer who received chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant, adjuvant or metastatic setting. HR-positive patients must previously have received endocrine therapy or be considered unsuitable for it.
