Carcinome nasopharyngé : (1) maladie avancée ayant progressé après deux lignes ou plus de chimiothérapie ou présentant une intolérance à celles-ci ; (2) avec cisplatine et gemcitabine en première ligne de la maladie localement récidivante ou métastatique. Cancer du col de l’utérus : (1) avec famitinib pour la maladie récidivante ou métastatique après échec d’une chimiothérapie à base de platine, sans traitement antérieur par bevacizumab ; (2) avec famitinib en première ligne de la maladie récidivante ou métastatique PD-L1 positive (CPS >=1), confirmée par un test entièrement validé.Hepatocellular carcinoma: (1) advanced disease after sorafenib and/or lenvatinib and/or oxaliplatin-containing systemic chemotherapy; (2) with apatinib as first-line treatment of unresectable or metastatic disease. NSCLC: (1) with pemetrexed and carboplatin as first-line treatment of EGFR mutation-negative, ALK-negative unresectable locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous NSCLC; (2) with paclitaxel and carboplatin as first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic squamous NSCLC. Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: (1) locally advanced or metastatic disease that has progressed after or is intolerant of first-line chemotherapy; (2) with paclitaxel and cisplatin as first-line treatment of unresectable locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic disease. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma: (1) advanced disease that has progressed after or is intolerant of two or more lines of chemotherapy; (2) with cisplatin and gemcitabine as first-line treatment of locally recurrent or metastatic disease. Cervical cancer: (1) with famitinib for recurrent or metastatic disease after failure of platinum-based chemotherapy, without previous bevacizumab treatment; (2) with famitinib as first-line treatment of recurrent or metastatic PD-L1-positive disease (CPS >=1), confirmed using a fully validated test.
