- Selected US indications include unresectable or metastatic melanoma in adults and children aged 12 or older, alone or with ipilimumab; and multiple NSCLC settings. In adults with metastatic NSCLC, first-line nivolumab plus ipilimumab requires PD-L1 at least 1% and no EGFR or ALK alterations. A separate first-line regimen adds two cycles of platinum-doublet chemotherapy for metastatic or recurrent NSCLC without EGFR or ALK alterations.
