- Selected US indications include unresectable or metastatic melanoma; postoperative treatment of completely resected stage IIB, IIC or III melanoma in adults and children aged 12 or older; and several NSCLC settings. For metastatic nonsquamous NSCLC without EGFR or ALK alterations, it is used first line with pemetrexed and platinum chemotherapy. Single-agent first-line NSCLC requires PD-L1 TPS at least 1%, no EGFR or ALK alterations, and metastatic disease or stage III disease unsuitable for surgery or definitive chemoradiation.
