- 米国：1回以上の全身療法後の成人のKRAS G12C変異を有する局所進行・転移性非小細胞肺がんに単剤で用います。フルオロピリミジン、oxaliplatin、irinotecanによる化学療法後の成人のKRAS G12C変異を有する転移性大腸がんにはpanitumumabと併用します。変異はFDA承認検査で確認する必要があり、肺がん適応症は迅速承認です。US: Alone for adults with KRAS G12C-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after at least one systemic therapy. With panitumumab for adults with KRAS G12C-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer after fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin- and irinotecan-based chemotherapy. Mutation must be confirmed by an FDA-approved test; the lung-cancer indication uses accelerated approval.
