- 中医学（TCM）では、瘀血を散らし経絡の通りを改善し、気を補い陰を養い、止血して視力を改善します。中医学で瘀血が経絡を塞ぎ、気と陰がともに不足した証の、2型糖尿病による中等度の非増殖糖尿病網膜症に用います。症状は点状または斑状の網膜出血、眼の乾燥、くすんだ顔色、疲労・脱力、淡い舌、または津液の少ない暗赤色の舌、あるいは斑状・点状出血のある舌、細脈・細数脈または渋脈です。In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), disperses blood stasis and unblocks the channels, replenishes qi and nourishes yin, and stops bleeding and improves vision. For moderate nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy caused by type 2 diabetes with the TCM pattern of blood stasis obstructing the channels and deficiency of both qi and yin. Manifestations include punctate or patchy retinal hemorrhage, dry eyes, a dull complexion, fatigue and weakness; a pale tongue, or a dark-red tongue with scant fluid, or ecchymoses or petechiae; and a fine, fine-rapid or choppy pulse.
