- 米国の成人適応症には、承認された検査でEGFRエクソン19欠失またはエクソン21 L858Rが確認された場合の、切除後の補助療法、転移性疾患の一次治療、プラチナ製剤併用化学放射線療法後に進行のない切除不能病期IIIのNSCLCが含まれます。これらの変異を有する局所進行または転移性疾患では、pemetrexedおよびプラチナ製剤による化学療法との一次治療併用も適応です。別の適応症として、EGFRチロシンキナーゼ阻害薬の投与中または投与後に進行した、転移性EGFR T790M陽性NSCLCがあります。US indications for adults include adjuvant treatment after resection, first-line metastatic treatment, and unresectable stage III NSCLC without progression after platinum chemoradiation when an approved test detects EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R. First-line use with pemetrexed and platinum chemotherapy also covers locally advanced or metastatic disease with these mutations. Another indication covers metastatic EGFR T790M-positive NSCLC progressing on or after an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
