- 米国の成人適応症はHER2陽性乳がんに限られます。Trastuzumab・docetaxelとの併用は、抗HER2療法または転移性疾患への化学療法の治療歴がない転移性疾患に用います。Trastuzumab・化学療法との併用では、2 cmを超える腫瘍またはリンパ節転移を伴う局所進行・炎症性・早期疾患の術前補助療法、および再発高リスク早期疾患の術後補助療法が適応です。US indications in adults require HER2-positive breast cancer. With trastuzumab and docetaxel it is used for metastatic disease without previous anti-HER2 therapy or metastatic chemotherapy. With trastuzumab and chemotherapy, neoadjuvant use covers locally advanced, inflammatory or early tumors greater than 2 cm or node-positive; adjuvant use covers early disease at high recurrence risk.
