- Som monoterapi: 1. Behandling av vuxna med NSCLC i stadium II-IIIB med EGFR-exon-19-deletion eller exon-21-L858R-substitutionsmutation efter kirurgisk resektion; behandlande läkare avgör om adjuvant kemoterapi ska ges. 2. I kombination med pemetrexed och platinakemoterapi: Första linjens behandling av vuxna med lokalt avancerad eller metastaserad icke-småcellig lungcancer (NSCLC) med EGFR-exon-19-deletion eller exon-21-L858R-substitutionsmutation.As monotherapy: 1. Treatment of adults with stage II-IIIB NSCLC with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation after surgical resection; receipt of adjuvant chemotherapy is determined by the treating physician. 2. Treatment of adults with locally advanced, unresectable stage III NSCLC with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation whose disease has not progressed during or after platinum-based chemoradiotherapy. 3. First-line treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation. 4. Treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with a confirmed EGFR T790M mutation whose disease progressed during or after treatment with an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). In combination with pemetrexed and platinum chemotherapy: First-line treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation.
