- 米国の成人に対する適応症の一部には、所定の併用療法による多発性骨髄腫治療があります。移植不適応の初発患者、および移植適応患者の導入・地固め療法では、bortezomib、lenalidomide、dexamethasoneとの併用が含まれます。複数の前治療歴がある、または2クラスの治療に抵抗性の骨髄腫、および高リスクくすぶり型骨髄腫では単剤療法が記載されています。これらは米国の適応症の一部です。全併用療法、治療歴の制限、その他の疾患については添付文書をご覧ください。この皮下製剤は静注daratumumabと分けて記録しています。Selected US uses in adults include multiple myeloma in specified combinations, including bortezomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone for newly diagnosed transplant-ineligible patients and for induction/consolidation in transplant-eligible patients. Monotherapy is listed for heavily pretreated or double-refractory myeloma and for high-risk smoldering myeloma. These are selected US indications; consult the label for all combinations, treatment-history restrictions and other conditions. This subcutaneous formulation is recorded separately from intravenous daratumumab.
