Monotherapy is listed for heavily pretreated or double-refractory myeloma and for high-risk smoldering myeloma. These are selected US indications; consult the label for all combinations, treatment-history restrictions and other conditions. This subcutaneous formulation is recorded separately from intravenous daratumumab.
