米国の適応症は、成人のALK陽性転移性NSCLC、および腫瘍径が4 cm以上またはリンパ節転移を伴うALK陽性NSCLCの切除後補助療法です。ALKの状態は承認された検査で確認する必要があります。US indications cover adults with ALK-positive metastatic NSCLC, and adjuvant treatment after resection of ALK-positive NSCLC when the tumor is at least 4 cm or lymph nodes are involved. ALK status must be established by an approved test.
