- EU：成人の進行腎細胞がんに、VEGF標的療法後の単剤治療、中間・高リスク疾患の単剤一次治療、またはnivolumab併用一次治療として用います。Sorafenib治療後の肝細胞がん、放射性ヨウ素が無効または不適切で全身療法後に進行する局所進行・転移性分化型甲状腺がん、およびソマトスタチンアナログ以外の1回以上の全身療法後に進行した切除不能・転移性の高分化型膵・膵外神経内分泌腫瘍も対象です。EU: Advanced renal cell carcinoma in adults, alone after VEGF-targeted therapy or first line for intermediate/poor-risk disease, or first line with nivolumab. Also hepatocellular carcinoma after sorafenib; progressive locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer after systemic therapy when radioiodine is ineffective or unsuitable; and unresectable or metastatic well-differentiated pancreatic or extra-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors progressing after at least one systemic therapy other than somatostatin analogues.
