For endocrine-resistant, PIK3CA-mutated HR-positive/HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic disease recurring on or after adjuvant endocrine therapy, a separate regimen combines palbociclib, inavolisib and fulvestrant. The June 2026 label also specifies an HR-positive/HER2-positive maintenance combination after induction treatment; consult the full label for that regimen.
