For female menopausal syndrome with the TCM pattern of dual kidney-yin and kidney-yang deficiency, presenting with hot flushes and sweating, cold pain in the lower back, alternating heat and chills, irritability or excitability, aversion to cold with cold limbs, vaginal dryness, low mood, dizziness, tinnitus, and insomnia with excessive dreaming; a pale tongue with a thin white coating and a deep, thready pulse.
